Who is responsible for your information
Client Margin Guard is an independent digital-product project based in Italy. For questions, privacy requests or withdrawal of consent, contact hello@clientmarginguard.com.
What we collect
When you submit the product-update form, we collect your email address, professional role, recurring-client range, answers about the problem and purchase interest, any optional comment, and your consent. Essential technical logs may also be processed to operate and protect the site. If you allow analytics, we also collect general usage information such as page views, referring source, broad location, device or browser type, and whether key site interactions were completed. The fees and hours entered in the calculator are not sent to Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use your form answers to improve the product, contact you for relevant product research, and send product updates. We rely on your consent for these emails and optional analytics. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decisions.
Purchases and product delivery
Purchases take place on Gumroad, which handles checkout and digital delivery. This site does not collect your payment-card details. Gumroad explains its handling of purchase information in its Privacy Policy. Product-update signup is optional and is not required to buy the toolkit.
Service providers and transfers
Information is accessible only to the project owner and service providers needed to host the site, store form submissions and, when you consent, provide analytics. Google Analytics may process information in other countries under the safeguards applicable to its services. Read the Google Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
Product-update form submissions are kept for no longer than six months after submission, unless you withdraw consent sooner. This period applies to this site's form submissions; Gumroad describes its own handling of purchase records in the policy linked above.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, and you may object to certain uses. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us at the address above to make a request.
Cookies
Essential technical data may be used to deliver and secure the site. Google Analytics is optional and is enabled only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We use it to measure visits and the funnel from calculator use to an outgoing purchase click or a product-update signup, not for advertising.
